1. Who we are

This website is operated by 11:11 Silog Favorites ("we", "us", "our"), a marketing company registered in the Philippines under Business Registration No. 9520-101300032514, with its principal office at Unit 1002, 10th Floor, Studio One Condominium, Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang, Muntinlupa City 1781, Metro Manila, Philippines. We serve clients in the Philippines and the United States.

We are the personal information controller for the information described in this policy. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We also follow applicable United States privacy laws, including California privacy law where it applies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Your main market, the services you're interested in and your budget range
• The details you share about your project in your message

When you become a client, we may also collect business contact details, billing information and the materials you share with us for your campaigns.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and the services that load our fonts may automatically receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. We do not use this information to identify you.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as health, religious, or government-issued ID details) through this website. Please don't include it in your message.

3. How we use your information

• Legal obligation, such as keeping business and tax records
• Legitimate interests, such as keeping our website secure, where these are not overridden by your rights

5. Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed. These include:

• Website hosting provider, which stores and serves this website
• Form processing provider, which receives contact form submissions and delivers them to us
• Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on this website and may receive your IP address
• Business tools such as email, file storage, accounting and project management software
• Our team members in the Philippines and the United States who work on your inquiry or project

These providers may only use your information to perform services for us and must protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights.

6. International transfers

Because we operate in the Philippines and the United States, and some of our service providers store data abroad, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected in line with this policy and applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for up to two (2) years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as our business relationship continues and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymize it.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls limited to team members who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph

10. Your rights in the United States

Depending on the state where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and request a copy of it
• Request that we delete or correct your personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect it through this website.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will verify your identity before responding, and we aim to respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days).

11. Cookies & local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We store one small setting in your browser's local storage to remember whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

12. Children

Our services are meant for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will give you clear notice.
